The Growth mindset plan is about the fundamental ideas developed by Dr. Carol Dweck. My perception of how to implement a growth mindset within my organization is more so for my students. My institution is very forward-thinking and already supports innovative educational opportunities. I felt that creating something that my students could use was most beneficial for this project.
